I guess things could be worse, but really things could be so so so much better :(
I’m a little heartbroken and kinda pessimistic (realistic?) about the process from here on out. I have NYU and Fordham so New York City dreams can still be realized, but little compares to Barnard (and going to my dream school).

Today my parents jokingly offered to get me an iPhone for graduation if I cut the shit and go to school for the rest of the year— no absences, no tardies, no leaving early. If you knew me in the real world, you’d know that I haven’t been to school two of the last three school days (which is a tad extreme even for me but I think justified in some instances, such as my life????)...
